Members attended the 4/20/23 San Diego Park & Recreation Board Meeting

On April 20, 2023, The San Diego Park & Recreation Board hosted a public meeting.  We had a great showing of support from Friends of Campland members who joined in person and via Zoom.  THANK YOU!

The Board presentED two items on the agenda of key interest:

Item 107.  Proposed Subcommittee for De Anza Natural Amendment Presenter: Marcella Bothwell, Chair, Parks and Recreation Board

Item 201.  Information Item – Draft De Anza Natural Amendment to the Mission Bay Park Master Plan – A Balance of Uses Presenters: Scott Sandel, Park Designer, Planning Department Jordan Moore, Senior Planner, Planning Department

Many members spoke at the meeting, and all the bright yellow/gold shirts showed brightly in the crowd.
